Using Groundwrk

By creating an account or using the Groundwrk Wedding Planner app, you agree to these terms. If you're invited to someone else's wedding rather than creating your own, these terms apply to you too.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Wedding owners are responsible for the accuracy of information they and their wedding party add, and for managing who has access.

Subscriptions & billing

Access to a wedding is billed monthly after any free trial ends, cancel any time from Settings → Billing. If a payment doesn't go through, access may be paused until it's resolved ~ your data isn't deleted, just inaccessible until billing is sorted out.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Groundwrk to:

• Upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share
• Try to access another wedding's information without permission
• Interfere with the app's normal operation or attempt to disrupt it for other users

Your content

You own whatever you upload ~ photos, guest lists, notes, everything. We just need permission to store and display it back to you and whoever else you've given access to your wedding, in order to run the app.

Availability

We aim to keep Groundwrk running reliably but can't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll do our best to fix problems quickly and let you know about anything significant.

Ending your account

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. We may also suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally ~ we'll aim to give notice of anything significant. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
